The entry process to QCPS depends on the age at which you would like your daughter to join us.

While pupils may join QCPS at any time, by far the most common point of entry is at 4 years of age into Reception. 

Occasional places are sometimes available in other Forms; if you are interested in joining outside of the usual Reception or 7+ cycle, please contact our Registrar for further details at [email protected].

Bursaries and Learning Support

QCPS aims to encourage applications from candidates with a diverse range of backgrounds. This enriches our community and is vital in preparing our pupils for today’s world. On completion of an independent financial assessment, a limited number of full bursaries will be offered in order to widen access to a Queen’s education to able girls whose parents’ financial circumstances would otherwise preclude them from joining us.

QCPS also welcomes pupils with special educational needs, providing that our Learning Support Department can offer them the support that they require. The School welcomes pupils with disabilities provided that our site can accommodate them.
